Circle S.p.A. (“Circle“), company headed by the homonymous group, specialized in the analysis and development of automation and digitalization solutions for the port sectors and intermodal logistics, listed on the AIM Italia market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, communicates its participation in the organization of the Joint Seminar “Financing the Maritime Sector and MoS”, in Rome on Tuesday, November 26th, 2019.

The event will take place at the Headquarters of the Italian Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport, via Nomentana 2, and is organised by the European Coordinators for Motorways of the Sea and the Atlantic Corridor, RAM Logistica and Infrastrutture e Trasporti SpA. Circle participates in the organization of the Joint Seminar as Consultant of DG MOVE for the Coordinator of Motorways of the Sea.

The Joint Seminar sees the participation of the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and of Organizations such as DG MOVE, European Investment Bank, CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and INEA (Innovation and Networks Executive Agency). The maritime sector is one of the main drivers of development of the European economy. The volatility of the industry in this situation, however, requires a different programming than in the past, going to create a virtuous and sustainable system so that the entire Supply Chain could have sufficient financial capacity in the medium-long term.

The Joint Seminar organized in Rome is therefore an important event to analyze the capacity of the industrial sector to renew its financing faculties. The European maritime projects, including the TEN-T networks and the CEF (Connecting Europe Facility) programs, will be the protagonists of the Joint Seminar, in which they will be analyzed through round tables and thematic speeches.

Circle, thanks to its international experience and expertise gained in the management of European projects, supports DG Move in organizing the appointment in Rome, confirming its growth in the field of event management at international level.
